• Ensure that guests receive only quality products
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked; wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash, clean restrooms
• Be punctual and honest
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies
