Crew Member Responsibilities
- Arrive at your shift at least 5 minutes early.
- Address customer questions and know where to direct inquiries.
- Perform duties such as taking payments, taking orders, working in the kitchen, front-line, and back-line roles.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
- Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently.
- Operate the equipment required for your role.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to standards.
- Be flexible and ready to perform various duties on short notice.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Crew Member Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Personable and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
- Availability to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- On-the-job training provided, including food handling and system training.
Preferred Experience
- Food industry experience: 1 year.
- Driver's license.
