Crew Member Responsibilities

• Arrive at your shift at least 5 minutes early.
• Address customer questions and know where to direct inquiries.
• Perform duties such as taking payments, taking orders, working in the kitchen, front-line, and back-line roles.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
• Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently.
• Operate the equipment required for your role.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to standards.
• Be flexible and ready to perform various duties on short notice.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Crew Member Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Personable and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Availability to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
