Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your shift.
- Address customer questions and know where to direct them.
- Perform duties such as taking payments, taking orders, working in kitchen and front-line roles.
- Escalate issues to managers or supervisors.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Operate equipment related to your role.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen.
- Be flexible and ready to perform various tasks on short notice.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Crew Member Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Personable and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physically able to stand and walk during shifts.
- Capable of lifting up to fifty pounds.
- Available to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Training provided on food handling and systems.
Experience:
- Food industry: 1 year (preferred).
- Driver's License (preferred).
