Crew Member Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your shift.
  • Address customer questions and know where to direct them.
  • Perform duties such as taking payments, taking orders, working in kitchen and front-line roles.
  • Escalate issues to managers or supervisors.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Operate equipment related to your role.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Be flexible and ready to perform various tasks on short notice.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Crew Member Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Personable and friendly demeanor.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Physically able to stand and walk during shifts.
  • Capable of lifting up to fifty pounds.
  • Available to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Training provided on food handling and systems.
Experience:
  • Food industry: 1 year (preferred).
  • Driver's License (preferred).
