Job summary

Little Caesars | The Deaton Group, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to join the Greensboro restaurant team. You will perform duties to ensure high quality products and customer satisfaction, while following company standards.

This role involves physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods. Crew Members are scheduled according to business needs, and hours are not guaranteed. You will follow service standards, recipes, and safety procedures outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications

• This position may involve flexibility in hours and requires teamwork and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars® recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program and as shown on the station job helpers
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by the management staff
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management
• This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing up for long periods of time on any given day.
• Crew Members will be scheduled according to Little Caesars business needs and therefore no guarantee of hours can be made.
