Qualifications

• A Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, hardworking and the ability to handle pressure situations and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• The ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.
• The US Department of Justice (INS Division) requires that each Colleague provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Member works efficiently as part of the restaurant team, ensuring that all products are made to a high standard and that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied.
• Follows Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management.
• The Crew Member follows guidance from the management team and Little Caesars training to perform their duties effectively. Crew Members must learn and practice the procedures for taking and preparing customer orders, and be proficient at all stations in the store, rotating between stations as needed.
• Teamwork with other Crew Members and management is essential to meet restaurant goals.
• Hours will be scheduled based on business needs, so no specific hours are guaranteed.
• The role involves physical tasks like lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
