Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team. You will help produce high quality products and ensure customers are satisfied by following our standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing items per recipes, displaying a professional image, keeping work stations clean, and strictly following safety, security and conduct policies as outlined in the handbook. This role involves physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, squat and stand for long periods.
• Crew Members are scheduled according to business needs; no hours guaranteed.
• Follow procedures and standards described in the handbook and CARDS materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards and store procedures.
• Prepare high quality products consistently by following recipes and procedures.
• Display the proper image as outlined in the employee handbook and by management.
• Clean and organize work stations and other areas to maintain restaurant standards.
• Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the handbook and per regulations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
