Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking an hourly Team Member for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Pigeon Forge, TN. The role involves assisting dining room service, delivering orders, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Roles may include food prep, dishwashing and line cook support as needed, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction. Training provided; opportunities for growth within the restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintains table setting by removing plates as completed and watching for spills.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure clean dishes are available.
• Prepares dish area and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking.
• Unloads and stores deliveries as needed and sweeps/mops floors.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and maintains sanitation and safety policies.
• Reads orders and assists in food prep and line service as needed.
