Duties include food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook and line cook tasks. You will deliver orders, clean tables, maintain sanitation, prep ingredients and assist cooks to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Food runner duties: Delivers orders, refills drinks, responds to guest needs and follows safety policies.
• Busser duties: Cleans tables, maintains settings, cleans dining area and floors, handles spills and restocking.
• Dishwasher duties: Cleans and stores dishes, unloads deliveries, sweeps/mops, and takes out trash.
• Prep cook duties: Prepares foods per prep lists and recipes, maintains station sanitation.
• Line cook duties: Maintains prep areas and utensils, reads orders, prepares items, and restocks station.
