Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member for a franchised McAlister’s Deli in MEMPHIS, TN. You’ll help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen and keep stations stocked and organized.

Training is provided, and we value reliable, team-oriented individuals who can stand for long periods, bend, and lift. No prior restaurant experience is required, but helpful for faster onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.
