Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Kendall Square, Cambridge. You’ll work across stations, prepare menu items to Wonder standards, and deliver friendly hospitality while keeping guests engaged.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with a $2.00 overnight premium, plus potential adds: +$0.50 for Certified Team Member and +$1.50 for Trainer. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), HSA match, life insurance, and meal perks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US; weekend availability; able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accurately, and ensure orders are correct before delivery.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.).
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, energetic environment.
