Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour, with a $2.00 overnight premium for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, plus potential certifications and trainer bonuses.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced, positive team environment. Expect responsibilities across food preparation, hospitality, sanitation, and guest assistance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and stocked.
• Maintain top-tier sanitation, wash and restock cookware, and report equipment issues promptly.
