Qualifications

• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adheres to store policies and standards for quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Engages with customers and responds to their needs with clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepares food and beverages to standard recipes, including substitutions when needed.
• Able to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Have pleasant interactions with customers.
• Inspire customers to leave happier than they came in.
• Take accurate food orders.
• Prepare all menu items to Golden Standards.
• Partner with crew and managers to meet targets during shifts.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure items are well stocked.
