The Fonseca Organization is hiring for Crew Members at our New York locations. No prior experience required; we train and welcome motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working as part of a team.

As a Crew Member, you will take orders, prepare food to standard recipes, keep the restaurant clean, and help meet goals with positive energy. Flexible hours, part-time and full-time positions available, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior working experience required.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Cash handling and store safety and security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Have pleasant interactions with customers.
• Inspire customers to leave happier than they came in.
• Take accurate food orders.
• Prepare all menu items to Golden Standards.
• Partner with crew and managers to meet shift targets.
