Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Douglas County, Nebraska locations require credential completion (Food Handler Certification) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet guests, assist with orders, provide recommendations, ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: prepare and assemble items per recipes and standards; ensure timely delivery.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: maintain cleanliness of dining area and kitchen; follow safety procedures.
• Teamwork and Communication: collaborate with team, communicate orders and issues to kitchen and management.
• Compliance and Policies: adhere to company policies and health guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Upselling and Promotion: inform guests about promotions and loyalty offers to enhance dining experience.
