Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Douglas County, Nebraska locations: must obtain a Douglas County Prep Cook Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders; provide recommendations and answers about menu items; ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and standards; ensure timely service and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas; follow food safety guidelines; assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service; communicate orders and issues with kitchen and management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Promote specials, new menu items, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
