Anchor Point Management Group is seeking Crew Members for its Parma, OH location to deliver friendly service, prepare food and beverages, and keep the restaurant clean. Staff work in a fast-paced setting and must greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a smile.

You will follow food safety standards, assist with opening and closing tasks, and help with restocking and dishwashing as needed. Minimum age 16 and legal work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and arrive on time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, back of house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and offer recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
