Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Columbia, MD to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and support delivery operations.

Base pay starts at $16.50 per hour with an additional $2 overnight premium for hours 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM, plus potential bonuses for Trainer or Certified Team Member roles. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing orders, ensuring accuracy, following HACCP guidelines, stocking

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Master multiple roles and grow your skill set daily.
• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans, portion control, and ensure accurate orders.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
