Job summary

Wonder Lenox Hill is seeking Team Members to bring Michelin-starred and celebrity chef menus to life. You’ll prepare items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked, and follow HACCP guidelines. You’ll also greet guests, assist with orders, and support delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Overnight shifts include a $2.00/hr premium, with opportunities to become Trainer or Certified Team Member. Benefits include free meals, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US; able to stand and lift.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including temperatures and storage requirements.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure orders are correct before serving.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and app use.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and keep restaurant areas looking their best.
• Support teammates, jump in where needed, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
