About The Role

At Wonder, we aim to make world-class food accessible. As a Team Member, you'll create delicious dishes from menus crafted by renowned Michelin-starred and Celebrity Chefs, fostering a welcoming environment and upholding our high cleanliness standards.

Role Details

  • Pay Rate: $17
  • Job Location: East Providence
  • Position Type: Full-time & Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Food Prep & Cooking
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain kitchen stations and ensure cleanliness
  • Label and store food per HACCP guidelines
  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accuracy
  • Ensure food meets temperature standards
  • Customer Service & Order Dispatch
  • Provide exceptional hospitality
  • Educate customers on the Wonder brand and app
  • Assist with in-restaurant orders and payments
  • Manage meal-kit deliveries and order accuracy
  • Dispatch orders for delivery or pickup
  • Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure cleanliness of cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report issues
  • Manage waste removal efficiently
  • Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of kitchen experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
  • Strong team player with knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for a full shift while working
  • Must have weekend availability
