R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985 and we’re growing!

We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for landscape maintenance and gardening to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Leading or working as part of a dedicated team to build and maintain high-end residential properties.
2. Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
3. Job duties could include a wide array of installation and maintenance responsibilities from mulching, planting, grading, etc.
4. Ensure job sites and/or maintenance properties are kept clean and tidy and free of plant debris.

Job Requirements

1. Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold).
2. Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate.
3. Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently.
4. Experience in a landscape/gardening position is preferred but not required.
