Job summary

Chi'Lantro is hiring a Crew Lead in Austin, TX. You will greet guests, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and assemble menu items to high standards while teaching crew members and driving excellent service.

You will act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring timely orders, proper food handling, and adherence to safety. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused, join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Texas Food Handlers Certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest entering the restaurant.
• Maintain high cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Connect brand with guests and take orders.
• Assemble menu items per company specs and guest needs.
• Ensure quality and presentation of every item.
• Act as manager on duty when General Manager is away.
• Place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Communicate with crew to ensure great service and cleanliness.
• Lead by example and train new crew members.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and daily prep tasks.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
