Job summary

Chi'Lantro is hiring a Crew Lead in Austin to guide a team in delivering high-quality Korean BBQ-inspired dishes with outstanding guest service. You will oversee cleanliness, food prep, order accuracy, and brand representation while supporting the shift as acting manager when needed.

Requirements include a strong work ethic, ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliability. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-growing company with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to chop, prep, hold and grab items.
• Must be able to communicate the primary language of the work location.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of FIFO and food safety is a plus, not required.
• 18 years of age minimum.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Take guest orders and connect with the brand.
• Assemble items per specifications and ensure quality.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
• Place orders for food, beverages and supplies as needed.
• Train new Crew Members and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Assign tasks and ensure outstanding customer service and cleanliness.
