Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for Winter Seasonal roles at our mountain resorts. You will learn multiple food and beverage operations while delivering an Experience of a Lifetime to guests and team members.

Starting wage is $20 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum for tipped positions. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours; housing is not provided. You will contribute to service excellence, teamwork, safety, and the mountain spirit.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.0/hr
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 15 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Requirements:

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
• Work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.0/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
