Job summary

Vail Resorts in Hastings, MN is hiring for a Restaurant Crew member for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. No formal experience required; training will be provided. Starting wage is $20 per hour with opportunities to learn across Food & Beverage operations and guest service.

You’ll greet guests, set up beverage stations, bus tables, and help maintain clean workstations. English fluency and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required; minors are not accepted for this role.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The role you are being hired into requires further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, which will need to be completed before you can begin work.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
