Job summary

Belton - Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to bring the spirit of Aloha to life by delivering exceptional customer service in Belton, Missouri. You will be cross-trained to perform multiple roles and grow within the Ohana environment.

As part of the team, you will greet guests warmly, listen to their needs, and offer personalized recommendations while helping keep the dining area welcoming and clean.

• Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director
  
• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip,Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker,Bagger and Cook– responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
