Job summary

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member to bring the warm, friendly Aloha spirit to every guest. You will provide exceptional service, listen to needs, and offer personalized recommendations while learning across multiple positions in our restaurant to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
• Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director
• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
