Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Lenexa, KS is hiring an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member who delivers warm, memorable service and helps guests feel at home. You’ll learn across roles, greet guests, respond to needs, and contribute to a friendly, efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
• Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
• Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
• Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director
• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
