Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Restaurant Coordinator to deliver top‑level dining services to residents, guests and family members in our community dining rooms. You will support menus, coordinate waitstaff scheduling, and help maintain a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of waitstaff experience, strong organization, and basic computer skills. You’ll train staff, foster teamwork, and ensure dining programs meet residents’ needs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years dining room or waitstaff experience.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
• Experience in banquets or special events is a plus.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, guests and family members with top-level dining service.
• Assist manager with scheduling waitstaff and maintaining resident satisfaction with dining programs.
• Coach and train waitstaff, fostering teamwork.
• Acquaint new residents with dining questions and help plan menus.
• Build positive relationships with employees, co-workers and residents.
