Atria Senior Living is hiring servers to join our dining teams. No experience is required, and you’ll receive paid on-the-job training while delivering excellent resident service.

You’ll help prepare, deliver, and clear meals, assist with events, and contribute to a friendly, collaborative dining atmosphere. We value teamwork and dedication to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training provided and paid.
• Customer-focused dining service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-level service.
• Review menus with residents and introduce dining options to new residents.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals and events.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
