Job summary

Atria Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Coordinator to ensure top-tier dining service for residents, guests, and families. You will assist with scheduling, training, and menu planning while promoting a collaborative team environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in dining or waitstaff roles, knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety, and solid organizational skills. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and smooth event dining programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ dining room or restaurant waitstaff experience.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
• Previous experience in banquets or special event planning.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve all customers - residents, guests and family members - with top-level service.
• Assist manager with scheduling waitstaff and maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Coach and train the waitstaff, fostering teamwork.
• Acquaint new residents with dining questions and menus planning.
• Build positive relationships with employees, co-workers and residents.
