Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items, including Grab and Go options, according to Sapp Bros. specifications.
• Operate pressure fryers safely and efficiently.
• Portion, prep, and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Check food temperatures and complete food safety logs.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain product levels in hot/cold cases, coolers, and freezers.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and organized, including industrial dishwasher operation.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
