Position Summary: As a Team Member & Cook, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping maintain high-quality standards by following our quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stations.
