Position Summary

As a Team Member & Cook, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality standards by following our quality and safety procedures.

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared product during peak times or as needed based on temperature and timing.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with management and team members.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
