Diamond Back’s in Waco, TX is seeking a full-time Cook to join our vibrant fine dining team. You will review menus, ensure food procedures are followed, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of food preparation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and culinary training. A Food Service Sanitation Certificate is required or pursued and you will follow established menus and nutritional guidelines.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
