POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member & Cook, you will prepare food and serve our guests, ensuring high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with proper time & temperature guidelines.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative, respectful team player and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Act as an ambassador for QDOBA.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain it.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism at all times.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment for all.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon their arrival.
13. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
14. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of all stations.
