Position Summary

As a Team Member & Cook, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping maintain high-quality standards by following our quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and logs/tools
• Restock front line with prepared products during peak times
• Adhere to food safety standards and report issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun
• Strive to exceed guest expectations
• Work cooperatively with team and management
• Represent QDOBA positively
• Monitor and ensure product quality
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to sanitation and safety policies
• Perform additional tasks as directed
• Greet guests enthusiastically
• Serve guests following recipes and guidelines
• Keep stations clean and organized
