Position Overview:

The Restaurant Cook oversees daily grill and food prep operations, ensuring proper food handling, preparation, and storage. Providing excellent customer service and being a strong team player are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to work on time, dressed in a clean, proper uniform.
  • Greet customers warmly with a smile and verbal welcome.
  • Prepare food promptly upon order receipt.
  • Complete checklists, stock, and prep for the next shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness using all provided tools.
  • Report safety or customer service concerns immediately.
  • Know the menu and daily features, ensuring correct preparation and presentation.
  • Understand team duties to maximize teamwork.
  • Follow the steps of service to enhance sales.
  • Adhere to safety, food handling, cash security, and other policies.
  • Perform prep and cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Control food costs through waste and portion management.

Qualifications:
