Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience in restaurant construction (QSRs, fast-casual) is a bonus.
• High school diploma required; Construction Management degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and on-site labor.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and QA/QC standards.
• Read blueprints and manage RFIs, change orders, logs.
• Serve as on-site liaison with client, architects, inspectors.
