Job summary

Self Opportunity, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ongoing facility improvements in a fast-paced multi-location environment.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role requires 3–5 years in construction or related project experience, with a focus on restaurant or multi-unit environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project coordination or project management.
  • 3-5 years of construction, restaurant construction, retail construction, commercial construction, or related project experience preferred.
  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi-unit construction experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • Support new restaurant construction, remodels, renovations, maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify and help resolve construction challenges that could impact timelines, budgets, or project quality.
  • Assist with project budgeting, expense tracking, cost control, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, schedules, invoices, milestones, and project updates.
  • Help ensure construction activities comply with applicable safety requirements, health regulations, local building codes, and permitting requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external construction partners.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

What You'll Do
