• Takes service times and determines efficiency.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Takes corrective action with crew to improve service times.
• Trains and mentors crewmembers to foster leadership potential.
• Manages shifts to maintain food quality and store standards.

Formação académica
