El Super is seeking a Restaurant Clerk in San Bernardino to support guests with service and food prep at the Mt Vernon location. The role involves assisting with grilled and hot item preparation, keeping the dining area clean, and ensuring a welcoming experience for customers.

Candidates should be able to work nights and weekends, and hold a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification. This position reflects El Super's commitment to community service and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers and coworkers.
• Follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, sometimes up to 60 pounds.

The Opportunity

The Restaurant Clerk position is one of the key contact points for our customers service experience and will assist with the preparation of grilled and hot food items, following precise company standards for preparation and presentation and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant.

Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
