Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Restaurant Utility Worker to help keep our location clean, safe, and well maintained. You will perform daily and deep cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, and inspections to prevent issues. This role supports restaurant operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant.
• Perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Keep neat, accurate and current maintenance records.
