Job summary

1 Hotel South Beach is seeking a Restaurant Catering Manager to lead events, elevate guest experiences, and drive sales in a luxury hotel setting. You will partner with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless executions for groups and events.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in catering or events, strong leadership, and outstanding communication skills, with flexibility for a demanding, around-the-clock operation in a premier Miami Beach property.

Qualifications

About you...

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
