Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Team Member for a part‑time role. You will assist in daily restaurant operations, provide friendly service, and help prepare signature menu items while maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

As a Team Member, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team to deliver a great guest experience, uphold safety standards, and support cross-training opportunities across Coldline or Hotline areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi‑task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Preparing and serving exceptional steakburgers, custard, ect.
• Dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Always upholding the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Preparing and maintaining workstations, equipment and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
