Chick-fil-A Acworth is seeking a Restaurant Care Specialist to perform detailed cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks, ensuring a spotless, well-maintained restaurant environment. Position offers full-time or part-time hours with Monday–Saturday scheduling. Pay ranges from $12 to $14 per hour, plus benefits like employee meals and growth opportunities; no overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Independently complete weekly, monthly, and as-needed restaurant care and deep-cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Clean vent covers, floors, walls, baseboards, and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain floor drains, dumpster and trash areas.
• Move equipment to thoroughly clean designated areas.
• Clean storage areas and organize them.
• Polish stainless steel and other surfaces.
• Clean dining room furniture and guest-facing areas.
• Perform exterior cleaning and upkeep as assigned.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.

The Restaurant Care Specialist plays an important role in making that happen by independently completing detailed cleaning, deep-cleaning, and restaurant care projects that help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our restaurants. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, works well independently, and finds satisfaction in accomplishing a task thoroughly and excellently.

Position Type:

• Full-time or Part-time
• Flexible scheduling available Monday through Saturday
• No overnight shifts and closed on Sundays
• Primarily based at Chick-fil-A Acworth, with occasional responsibilities at Chick-fil-A Brookstone

Restaurant Care Specialist Responsibilities:

• Independently complete assigned weekly, monthly, and as-needed restaurant care and deep-cleaning tasks
• Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and well-cared-for restaurant environment
• Complete detailed cleaning projects that may include:
• Cleaning vent covers and other hard-to-reach areas
• Deep cleaning floors, walls, baseboards, and surrounding areas
• Cleaning and maintaining floor drains
• Scrubbing and maintaining dumpster pads, trash areas, cardboard compactors, and surrounding spaces
• Cleaning behind and around equipment
• Moving equipment as needed to thoroughly clean designated areas
• Cleaning and organizing storage areas
• Polishing and maintaining stainless steel and other restaurant surfaces
• Cleaning dining room furniture and other guest-facing areas
• Completing exterior cleaning and upkeep projects as assigned
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks thoroughly and to a high standard
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Identify areas that need additional attention and take initiative to address them or communicate the need to Restaurant Leadership
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in and around the restaurant during operating hours
• Interact respectfully and professionally with Guests and Team Members
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
