Job summary

Ditka's Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh is hiring a courteous Bus Person to support servers by bussing and re-setting tables in assigned stations, keeping the dining room neat, and assisting in bread or beverage service as needed.

You will maintain rest rooms, entrances, and service stations, complete pre- and post-shift tasks, and collaborate with team members to ensure a spotless, welcoming guest experience every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant concept.
• 6 months to one year as a busperson in a full service restaurant.
• Must maintain professional restaurant image and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in bussing and re-setting of tables in assigned stations.
• Complete cleaning/stocking/maintenance duties as scheduled.
• Maintain rest rooms, entrance, service stations, and building exterior during service.
• Prepare and stock supplies before, during, and after shifts.
• Uphold safety and harassment-free environment.
• Work in a team environment and assist other team members as needed.
• Acknowledge guests as they leave and invite them back.
