Responsibilities

• Clear tables after guest have finished meals and reset for the next guest.
• Clean table tops, chairs and booths; check floors and restore tabletop setup.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate to servers promptly.
• Assist servers with food delivery during peak periods.
• Coordinate with host to optimize seating and service.
• Wipe spills and maintain clean restaurant floors and restrooms.
• General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Other duties as directed.
