Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort in San Diego is seeking a diligent Restaurant Busser to keep tables, service areas, and aisles clean and ready for guests. You will communicate with servers and assist during guest departures to maintain smooth dining flow.

You will reset tables, stock and polish dishware, and ensure strict sanitation throughout service. A friendly, attentive approach helps guests feel welcome and supports a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• RASS or TIPS Certification within 90 days of employment.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certification required at hire.
• Must be age 21 or older.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and aisles.
• Communicate with servers on guest departure and assist during turnover.
• Reset tables following dining standards and remove debris.
• Stock, polish, and handle dishware, flatware, and glassware.
• Promote sanitation procedures and safety in all areas.
• Provide timely guest responses and assist with inquiries.
