Job summary

Cornerstone Hospitality Partners of TNs is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations and guest experience in a fast-paced setting in Gatlinburg, TN. You will greet guests, clear and reset tables, restock service areas, and assist servers to ensure smooth service and high cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or customer service experience, the ability to work quickly under pressure, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend and move with urgency.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, offering a friendly and professional introduction to the restaurant.
• Clear tables of dishes, glasses, and silverware after guests have finished their meals.
• Restock tables promptly with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Assist servers by delivering food, drinks, and condiments to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including sweeping and wiping surfaces.
• Replenish water glasses and assist guests with any additional needs during their dining experience.
• Restock clean dishes, silverware, and glasses for service readiness.
• Notify manager of guest complaints and assist with seating and table utilization.
