Smoky Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg is seeking a friendly Busser to support restaurant operations at our Gatlinburg location. You will help maintain a clean dining area, assist servers, and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift. Training on sanitary procedures and local health regulations is provided.

Qualifications

• Must smile easily and often.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance).
• Able to stand, bend and walk for the entire shift.

This position is responsible for following all sanitary procedures and standards. You must comply with local, state, and federal regulatory measures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. As a major part of this position you will perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas.
